Roles and Responsibilities
* To provide technical product support to customers, sales network and marketing managers.
* To produce technical documentation and promotional material to support product range sales and growth.
* To work closely within the design and development department to provide engineering support as required.
* Provide engineering support to customers, including answering technical queries, verifying customer design solutions, and international customer/tradeshow visits.
* Give technical support to distributors, representatives and Silvertel marketing managers.
* Generate and update datasheets.
* Produce application notes, referenced designs and drawings.
* Lead the creation of technical website and marketing literature (brochures, flyers, newsletters, reference designs, press releases, etc.).
* Build product demonstrations and provide technical support at exhibitions.
* Provide application support for each new product range.
Requirements
* Strong interest in electronics with several years of experience in the electronics industry. Degree, HND or equivalent in electronics preferred.
* Experience writing technical documentation and strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail.
* Customer‑centric approach and experience dealing directly with global customers on product‑related matters.
* Ability to work in a small team with occasional international travel.
