Cleaning and Maintenance
* Washing dishes, utensils, and cookware used in food preparation and service.
* Cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, walls, and storage areas.
* Ensuring kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order.
* Disposing of kitchen waste, including food scraps, in an efficient and hygienic manner.
Food Preparation Assistance
* Assisting chefs with basic food preparation, such as peeling, chopping, or mixing ingredients.
* Restocking ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed.
Organizational Duties
* Organizing and storing clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.
* Ensuring workstations are tidy and ready for use.
* Managing deliveries and unpacking kitchen supplies or inventory.
Health and Safety
* Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
* Reporting maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
* Using cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions.
Team Support
* Assisting chefs and kitchen staff during busy periods.
* Running errands within the kitchen or between departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.70 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
