Overview
A Japanese entertainment company is seeking a Sales Support Co-ordinator to join their Windsor office.
Responsibilities
* Support all commercial topics across the company and take ownership of tasks such as customer-facing discussions on sales rebates and claims reconciliation in co-operation with Finance & Operations
* Fully own a new trade marketing and asset creation process for B2B marketing channels, working with external customers, internal Shared Services Design Teams, and external agencies
* Build strong relationships with external customers and manage accounts with the Commercial Lead
* Collaborate with Corporate Management teams to ensure compliance and effective handling of business requests
* Analyse sales and market data (internal and external) regularly to support decision-making and future planning
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
* Proven relationship-building abilities with focus on long-term growth
* Experience in trade marketing or B2B marketing is a plus
* Familiarity with digital partner platforms (e.g., PS, STEAM, NCMS) is a plus
* Experience with ecommerce portals (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central) is a plus
* Background in Video Games, Retail, or Entertainment industries is an advantage
* Strong commitment to ethical work practices and compliance
