Role Overview
We are looking for kind nurses to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a Clinical Lead, you will ensure the level of clinical care we offer goes beyond professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.
Responsibilities
* Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
* Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence.
* Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver service with empathy for resident issues.
* Act as a registered nurse with valid PIN and adhere to NMC standards of practice.
* Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
* Deliver a person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families.
* Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, attend safeguarding training, and report concerns with escalation if necessary.
Qualifications
You will need to have a current registered nursing qualification, a valid PIN number, and a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
