Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 DOE

This is an ideal role for someone with solid 1st and 2nd Line support experience who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and working closely with end users. If youve had exposure to ERP environments, thats a real bonus— but not essential.
The Role
As the IT Support Engineer, youll be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day technical support across the business. Youll handle a mix of 1st and 2nd Line queries, maintain internal systems, and assist with small projects and upgrades. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your technical skillset in a friendly, growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1st & 2nd Line technical support across hardware, software, networks, and peripherals
* Manage and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs
* Support user onboarding, device setup, and account administration
* Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, printers, mobile devices, and basic networking issues
* Assist with system updates, maintenance tasks, and improvement projects
* Maintain clear documentation and contribute to knowledge‑base articles
* Collaborate with third‑party suppliers and escalates issues where required
* Bonus: Support and troubleshoot ERP‑related user queries or system issues (training can be provided)
What Were Looking For
* Experience in a 1st & 2nd Line IT Support role
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, basic networking
* Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
* Ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure, and take ownership of issues
* A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn
* Desirable: Previous exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics, Sage, NetSuite, Infor, or similar
