Employee Relations & HR Compliance Director

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations & HR Compliance Director to play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy across the UK and EMEA for this global media company. This senior leadership role will work closely with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and Legal & Compliance colleagues to set the direction of employee relations (ER), ensure legal compliance, and drive best practice across a diverse and dynamic organisation.
The Role
This position is responsible for designing and implementing the ER strategy for approximately 4,000 employees based in the UK, while also leading a Centre of Excellence to share best practice across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will provide high-level guidance on complex and sensitive employee relations matters, oversee investigations, review and enhance HR policies, and deliver proactive solutions using data and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide expert advice and guidance to senior HRBPs and business leaders on ER and HR compliance matters.
