About Iglu and Why You'll Love Working Here
At Iglu.com, we're more than just a travel company — we’re the UK’s leading online cruise retailer, redefining how to book a cruise in the digital age.
Working at Iglu means:
* Flat structure, real impact – Your ideas matter. Everyone contributes, and you’ll see the results of your work quickly.
* Cruise perks & travel love – We’re passionate about adventure, and you’ll feel it.
* Smart, supportive people – Join a talented, close-knit team that enjoys solving challenging problems together.
* Room to grow – We’re on a transformation journey with significant opportunities to shape our future.
* Training and development – Paid training, conferences, and certifications (e.g., AWS Certs).
We combine a passion for travel with a love for technology, delivering smart, seamless customer experiences and building platforms that handle the complexity of modern cruising — all while maintaining a collaborative and fun environment.
What you will be doing and why it matters
We’re delivering a bespoke internal system that is critical to our operations and growth. This isn’t a plug-and-play solution — it’s a custom-built, outcome-driven platform where requirements will evolve as we learn, adapt, and iterate.
You’ll manage the full delivery lifecycle in an agile, fast-paced environment, working closely with development teams to build, not just plan.
This role is central to how we modernise and enable our business. You won’t just be updating statuses — you’ll be a leader who brings structure to chaos, clarity to the unknown, and momentum to the mission.
Who will I be working with?
* Coordinating and leading outcomes across multiple product teams
* Partnering closely with the projects’ Principal Engineer
* Collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, and QA leads
* Reporting to the Head of PMO, with dotted-line alignment to the Head of Product
* Coordinating with international and local stakeholders
What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving delivery of a high-impact internal platform
* Leading cross-functional teams across the UK and Eastern Europe (nearshore)
* Managing evolving requirements with confidence
* Establishing a strong delivery rhythm using agile principles
* Owning the delivery plan, sprint cadence, and stakeholder alignment
* Translating product goals into actionable outcomes
* Managing risk, pace, and quality without micromanaging
What we are looking for
* Experience delivering custom-built applications, not just packaged software
* A background in product-led environments, ideally SaaS or platform-based
* Hands-on experience working directly with developers and architects
* Confidence navigating ambiguity — you’re comfortable when the brief changes
* Experience with distributed delivery teams, especially nearshore or offshore
* Proactive, self-starting attitude — you lead without waiting for permission
