On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Business Analyst - Change for a 3 month contract based remotely. Purpose of the Role: We are seeking two seasoned Business Analysts to support the next phase of our Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Programme, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and business transformation. These pivotal roles will guide the transition from Phase 1 (completion) to Phase 2, focusing on establishing the next stage of the programme and tackling critical operational challenges related to the application of CDD guidance across the organisation. As a Business Analyst - Change you will be responsible for: Leading the analysis of complex, cross-franchise business requirements. Capturing, validating, and documenting business and system requirements aligned to strategic goals. Collaborating with stakeholders across First Line of Defence (FLOD) and Second Line of Defence (SLOD) to develop and agree solutions. Analysing and interpreting large volumes of data to identify root causes and process inefficiencies. Defining current-state ('as-is') and future-state ('to-be') processes, supporting effective change implementation. Documenting and communicating issues affecting CDD analysts and propose practical solutions. Supporting the Project Manager with documentation, planning, and RAID management. Engaging in project setup activities and collaborate across a growing BA/PM team.What we require from the candidate: Previous experience in RBSI and/or NatWest Group FinCrime/CDD functions. Strong understanding of Financial Crime/CDD policy and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including conflict resolution. Proven ability to write and manage project documentation in line with NatWest Group change frameworks. Experience working in business change rather than technical delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, SharePoint, Word. Familiarity with Microsoft CRM used within RBSI (advantageous). Strong communication, analysis, and documentation skills.
