The role
Location: London (3 days per week in office at Liverpool St). Sometimes onsite across UK as required.

Highjam is looking for a highly organised, solutions-focused Logistics & Operations Manager to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for ensuring stock, equipment and campaign materials are delivered to the right place, at the right time, every time. You'll work closely with our delivery partners, suppliers, warehouse teams and internal project teams to keep campaigns running smoothly across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock ordering, allocation and distribution across multiple campaigns
- Liaise with courier, freight and logistics partners to coordinate deliveries and collections
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistics and delivery issues quickly and effectively
- Track and report on stock movement, sales data and campaign performance
- Produce operational reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate warehouse activity and stock returns
- Support project teams with campaign planning and logistics requirements
- Attend events and activation sites when required
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiencies
- Ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects simultaneously
- Liasion with clients, staff, suppliers and colleagues
- Ordering kit and stock from suppliers and clients
- Budget Management
- Using our internal systems eg finance package, reporting, staff package
- Liasing with and briefing teams of staff before events
About You
- Strong logistics, operations or supply chain experience
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proactive and solutions-focused
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to campaign locations when required. Ideally a driver with clean license.

Desirable
- Experience within events, experiential marketing, field marketing or retail activations
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers
- Experience with stock management systems and reporting tools
