Responsibilities
* Assist at various activities and events within the HOPE Project Office
* Assist with activities, health and fitness classes and interest classes
* Help older people who have mobility issues to attend social outings

Experience required
Looking for people who have an interest in working alongside older individuals and would like to support them to take part in activities within their local area.
Location
HOPE Project Office in Stevenston, North Ayrshire. This is situated on a main bus route.
Travel expenses
Expenses will be paid on request - proof of bus/train tickets. Mileage will be paid for all travel connected with the project (training and volunteer work).
Support
The induction session will be followed up by training sessions, disclosure check and ongoing training and support sessions thereafter.

An induction session will be provided to volunteers.

Morning, Afternoon, Evening
Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
