Cotswold Energy Group supplies decarbonisation solutions to domestic and commercial markets and designs and installs renewable energy technologies including ASHP, GSHP, WSHP, and Solar PV.
What You'll Do
* Serve as a first point of contact for customers — handling inbound enquiries via phone and email with care and professionalism
* Manage and track applications for government‑funded schemes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time
* Coordinate installation scheduling between customers, engineers, and suppliers — keeping all parties informed and timelines on track
* Maintain and update CRM system with current job status, notes, and documents
* Prepare, process, and file compliance paperwork in line with MCS, Ofgem, and funder requirements
* Liaise with local authorities, housing associations, and third‑party organisations as required for funded project eligibility and sign‑off
* Support the wider team with general administrative tasks, reporting, and project coordination as the business grows
* Flag issues or delays proactively and help develop solutions — we value people who take ownership
Requirements
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator — written and verbal
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Experience in admin, customer service, or coordination (any sector welcome)
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* A can‑do attitude and genuine interest in sustainability
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with funded energy schemes (ECO4, BUS, etc.)
* Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
* Knowledge of MCS or Ofgem compliance processes
* Prior experience in a fast‑paced, growing SME
