Product Data Analyst Up to £85,000 Hybrid - Leicester (2x days a week) THE COMPANY Our client is a leading UK brand with a subscription-based model. They serve a large, loyal membership base, making customer behaviour, retention, and lifetime value key to their growth. Data and reporting are central to driving these insights. We’re looking for a Product Data Analyst to join a growing data team during an exciting phase of expansion. This role offers the chance to shape how analytics drives product decisions and customer strategy in a fast-paced, subscription-based business. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to uncover customer behaviour, run deep-dive analysis, and deliver insights that directly impact business performance. You’ll also define metrics, build dashboards, and champion a data-first approach across the organisation. THE ROLE Translate data into actionable insights that inform product strategy Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve tools for stakeholders Analyse customer behaviour to identify opportunities and pain points Partner with cross-functional teams to embed data into decision-making SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Strong SQL skills Experience with dbt for data modelling and transformation Proficiency with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) Background in product analytics (experiments, funnels, customer journeys, etc.) Send your profile to riversteytler@harnham.com to register your interest.
