Role Description
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator/Secretary to join our team in Malvern. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy administrative environment and can provide efficient support across a range of office functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Audio typing and document preparation to a high standard
* Providing administrative and secretarial support
* Managing correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries
* Maintaining accurate filing systems and records
* Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
* Supporting the wider team with general office duties
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
* Audio typing skills are essential
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Desirable (but not essential)
* Previous experience within a legal environment would be an advantage
* Familiarity with LEAP or similar case management systems
