Part-Time Administrator Salary: 18,285 per annum pro-rata (26,500 FTE) Location: Stirling Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday About the Role We're looking for a proactive and organised Part-Time Administrator to join our client based just outside Stirling City Centre. This position offers 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility around working hours. You'll provide essential administrative and office support, working closely with the executive team to keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, delivering a professional and welcoming experience. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO's Executive Assistant and assist other EAs as needed. Manage meeting rooms, diaries, and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements. Organise catering and support internal events. Handle procurement, office expenses, postage, and maintain office supplies. Assist with ad-hoc projects and help create a positive working environment. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar administrative role. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Personal Attributes A team player with a flexible, approachable attitude.
