Therapy Networks Lead
London / Manchester / Staines – hybrid working

How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen
As the Therapy Networks Lead, you will:
* Deliver and maintain detailed consultant network reporting, collaborating with Data & Analytics teams.
* Define and implement tactical interventions to grow consultant capacity and improve customer experience.
* Conduct annual reviews of therapist network fees, considering market conditions and making recommendations to senior management.
* Manage relationships with key therapy bodies and providers to gain market insights and endorse changes in Bupa’s approaches.
* Play an active role in the Provider Management team, contributing to Bupa’s strategy and fostering a culture of risk management and issue resolution.
Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role
* Experience in healthcare or life sciences sectors
* Expertise in data analysis and insight, with the ability to work with large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
* Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and healthcare economics.
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale programmes of change or tactical interventions.
* Project management experience is desirable
* Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to achieve successful outcomes.
* Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely.
