Office Assistant – Part-Time, Seasonal (April–October)
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our RIB boat experience business.
Hours: 2 days per week (Thursday/Friday - negotiable on which days, but preferably 2 days together) plus every other weekend between April–October.
Key Responsibilities:
* Opening and preparing the office for the day
* Managing bookings, enquiries, and basic administrative tasks
* Welcoming and signing in customers
* Assisting customers with waterproof clothing and life jackets
* Crew on the boat as/when required (full training will be given)
* Flexibility: We can offer flexibility with working days and school hours where possible. However, there will be occasions when longer days are required, including staying beyond school pick-up time to support trips. Some days may involve crewing the boat
About You:
* Friendly, organised, and reliable
* Comfortable dealing with customers
* Happy to work as part of a small team in a busy environment
* This is a varied role so flexibility and a can-do attitude are key
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.00-£12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
