Job Overview
This role plays a crucial part in enabling the company to meet contractual service standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering, collecting, repairing, and servicing wheelchairs in both field and workshop settings.
The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and Collect Wheelchairs
o Ensure timely delivery and collection of wheelchairs from homes and NHS departments while adhering to infection control policies.
* Servicing and Repair
o Carefully repair and maintain wheelchairs to achieve first-time fix targets.
* Paperwork and Administration
o Accurately complete paperwork for each job task.
* Health and Safety
o Utilize personal protective equipment as instructed.
o Maintain a safe working environment by handling loads safely.
* Customer Service
o Exhibit a professional customer service attitude towards clients.
* Out-of-Hours Responsibilities
o Undertake out-of-hours tasks when rostered.

Requirements
* A full UK driving licence is mandatory.
* An enhanced DBS check is required for this position.
* Familiarity with general workshop practices.
* Basic knowledge of electrical systems is preferred.
* Ability to lift and move heavy loads.
* Prior experience in face-to-face customer interactions is advantageous.
* Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
