Occupancy Planner (12 Month FTC) role at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS)
Purpose of the Role
This is a key position, working within the Workplace Change team in Corporate Property Service, to assist in transition to a digital and data driven future. The role is most suited to somebody who enjoys logic and discovery, with a significant element of administration and clear reporting and communication. You will be expected to enquire and probe to ensure you understand the depth of the current process, the future opportunities using technology, designed automated workflows and an aptitude to report these using clients preferred applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Document our current-state - capture our current processes focusing on our manual processes, perform gap analysis and measure risk and opportunity.
* Gather our future state requirements - ensuring automation and integration opportunities are fully accounted in this assessment.
* Package these findings - using the appropriate client systems to allow for assessment, and design priority.
* Represent our current state view and ambition in design discussions with our CPS subject matter experts, and our technology colleagues enabling for automated and integration design to happen at pace.
* Identify the enabling effort needed to realise these designs - i.e. improved data quality.
Future State Design Support
* Support discussions on future-state design with detailed current-process insights.
* Help to develop optimised, automated future workflows.
* Create process diagrams for technology team to help understand future state design.
* Help our wider teams to design integrations, data pathways and connections

Experience and Qualifications Required
* Experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a financial services environment.
* Experience with modern low code automation tools - Power Automate and Service Now Flow.
* Strong aptitude for process mapping and workflow complexity.
* Good understanding of the importance of data governance and an understanding of how automation is able to transform current manual processes.
* Well organised and efficient with the ability to identify key issues and manage multiple, conflicting priorities on a daily basis.
* Good education with excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate at all levels
* Responsive, able to solve problems, make decisions and follow through on actions quickly with minimum supervision and with strong attention to detail.
* Flexible, able to work well within a pressured, fast moving and complex environment and able to work effectively in a team.
* Tenacious but with a balanced approach when dealing with colleagues and customers
