To carry out social work tasks related to assessments, care planning, and the development of support packages in order to promote the welfare of children.
* To undertake initial and core assessments in compliance with the Assessment Framework
* To develop care plans and support packages
* To undertake statutory duties in respect of children looked after
* To undertake duties in respect of children on a Care and Support Protection Plan
* To undertake duties in respect of other children on Care and Support Plan.
* To undertake care proceedings
* To input data onto Care First
* To undertake any other tasks as required
* To work within the Wales Safeguarding Procedures and Pembrokeshire Child Care Procedures.
