We are looking for an integral, trustworthy, devoted Registered Manager to join our lovely organisation who all share a purpose of helping and loving others. We need a compassionate, honest manager to manage staff, ensuring high-quality and person centred care, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. We need someone with a good understanding of the regulatory responsibilities of a Registered Manager / Ofsted and experience of working with young adults in supported living

Responsibilities
* Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the daily operation to ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
* Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and support the care staff to ensure they are capable and professional.
* Compliance: Ensure the home operates in full compliance with regulations set by bodies like Ofsted.
* Service development: Participate in the development and improvement of the service to achieve positive outcomes for the young people.
* Foster a positive and therapeutic environment, placing the needs and voice of the young adult at the forefront of all decisions and service delivery.
Qualifications and experience
* Education: A qualification equivalent to a Level 5 diploma in leadership and management is typically required.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a role that involves the supervision and management of staff in a care role is necessary.
* Skills: Strong leadership, a solid understanding of therapeutic approaches, and the ability to manage complex situations are essential.

Salary; 32-38k depending on experience
