Responsibilities
Become a manager in a Tesco Store and play a key role in serving Britain's shoppers a little better everyday. Put your skills, experience and instincts to the test; chase opportunities, find better ways of working and get things just right for our customers.
Serve as a role model, helping colleagues to know and love our products and services, involve everyone in community projects and prove what we can achieve together. Grow your own team – spot talent and give them the feedback and support they need to be their best.
Maximise sales, impact and presentation for your department, while ensuring everything is safe and compliant and everyone is in the right place at the right time.
Lead from the front – on the store floor with your colleagues and customers, out of the office when required.

Legal Information
Tesco will only recruit individuals who have passed the school leaver’s age. We can only accept candidates over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involves working in areas such as the warehouse, beer, wine and spirits, counters, bakery and driving roles.
