Job Description:
Handle is partnering exclusively with a leading global advertising agency as they expand their localisation team.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee projects for major global brands across channels including digital, social, TV, and print.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will report directly to a Project Director and will be instrumental in maintaining the company's reputation for quality and efficiency. Your role will involve building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to bring their visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client expectations, ensure clear communication, and address or escalate challenges effectively.
* Oversee the delivery of multilingual marketing campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
* Customize project management processes to meet client needs and promote creative solutions.
* Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and manage scope changes with proper documentation.
* Build collaborative relationships with clients, agencies, and suppliers to achieve successful outcomes.
* Determine resource requirements, including linguists, budgets, and timelines, optimizing costs to meet project objectives.
* Assign tasks, define roles, and guide project teams to ensure quality across all deliverables.
* Improve project management tools and processes, and educate colleagues on best practices.
* Monitor project forecasts, manage workloads, and ensure resource availability.
* Work with Account Management to oversee project financials, ensuring profitability and revenue maximization.
* Assist in business development through project scoping, estimation, and sales participation.
* Mentor junior team members, providing feedback and development opportunities.
* Foster team collaboration, maintain a positive environment, and motivate team members.
* Conduct post-project reviews, assign follow-up actions, and ensure timely completion.
* Lead project teams across multiple workstreams, providing guidance and resolving issues.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Provide high-quality reporting and documentation.
* Manage costs proactively and solve problems efficiently.
* Maintain accurate timelines and financial forecasts.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and promote collaboration across teams.
