Danny Sullivan Group are currently seeking a reliable and experienced CSCS Skilled Operative to join a busy construction project in Carterton, Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading contractor on a well-established site.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting site operations and ensuring groundwork and general construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities working as a Skilled Operative
* Carrying out a range of skilled operative site duties to support construction activities
* Assisting with groundworks, drainage, and general site preparation
* Operating hand tools safely and effectively
* Supporting trades on site
* Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised
* Following all Health & Safety regulations and site procedures
* Working closely with supervisors and site teams to meet project deadlines
* Assisting with movement and preparation of materials across the site
Requirements as a Skilled Operative
* Valid CSCS Card (essential)
* Previous experience working as a Skilled Operative or Groundworker on construction sites
* Good understanding of site Health & Safety procedures
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong work ethic and reliability
