£28,000 - £30,000 + Benefits
Our client is a globally respected manufacturer of specialist masts, antennas, and RF communication systems. With over six decades of experience and facilities in both the UK and US, we provide mission-critical communications equipment for sectors including defence, emergency services, and broadcast.
To support further growth, we seek a highly organised, commercially minded Office Administrator with a focus on sales support in Chandlers Ford. This role ensures smooth commercial processes and supports the full sales cycle from quotation to customer communication.
Supporting the Head of Internal Sales & Admin and the wider team, the successful candidate will have opportunities for progression into sales or account management roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate customer quotations aligned with targets
* Support sales materials and documentation development
* Process and track sales orders accurately
* Maintain CRM and customer records
* Coordinate with procurement, design, and production departments
* Assist with contracts, price lists, and portals
* Follow up on expiring quotes to maximize conversions
* Generate and analyse sales data for performance tracking
Skills & Experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Commercial awareness with margin and pricing support
* Experience in customer-facing or sales support roles
* Organised with attention to detail and time management
* Clear communication skills
* Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Syspro advantageous)
* Background in technical, engineering, or manufacturing environments (desirable)
* Familiarity with sales cycles (desirable)
