Led by Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SPFT) and in partnership with YMCA DownsLink Group and Southdown, the Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service provides support to children, young people and adults with mild to moderate mental health needs. We offer a variety of support and psychological therapies to the community of Brighton and Hove. Our interventions are diverse and evidence-based, ranging from guided self-help and face-to-face or telephone support to workshop and group courses. We work closely with our Service User Steering Group to refine and improve the services that we offer.
We are recruiting Wellbeing Team Administrators with a desire to make a difference, to work hard and to further their knowledge, skill and experience in a supportive and progressive environment. Your focus in this role will be to provide a range of administrative services to the Brighton & Hove Wellbeing Service.
Responsibilities
* Consistently deliver a patient-focused service, promoting good customer service and effective working relationships
* Highly organised, focused, with good attention to detail
* Respond sensitively to phone calls from people who may be distressed or angry
* IT literate with experience of using customer/clinical databases
