What you'll need to succeed In this role you will bring substantial experience managing Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims, with a proven track record of progressing cases through the portal and pre‑litigation stages. To excel, you'll combine advanced technical knowledge with strong analytical skills, clear and confident communication, and the ability to handle complex, sensitive matters independently while contributing to team success.
