Grafton Recruitment is partnering with a leading safety integration solution provider in the West Midlands, seeking a Key Account Manager responsible for managing multiple accounts with a combined value of £3 million. Candidates with experience in account management and CCTV are encouraged to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage key contracts within the business.
2. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
3. Develop a strategic understanding of customer needs.
4. Represent the voice of the customer within the company.
5. Establish relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and consultants in the security sector.
6. Collaborate with customers to produce tailored solutions that meet operational and strategic needs.
7. Survey, design, and quote for installation, service, and maintenance of life safety systems, focusing on CCTV.
8. Support the submission of tenders and bids for new business.
9. Work with the Head of Customer Engagement to produce commercial forecasts.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience.
2. Experience in the Security Sector.
3. In-depth knowledge of complex CCTV systems, transmission, and networks.
4. Experience in designing or installing security, life safety, and connected systems (including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, and Fire systems).
5. Experience in constructing build sheets and quotations.
