12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | £80,000–£90,000 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Reporting Engineer to play a key role in shaping how data is used across the organisation. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly support strategic planning, operational excellence, and statutory reporting across Finance, HCM, Payroll, and Procurement.
The Role
As our Oracle Fusion Reporting Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our data and reporting ecosystem. You’ll design, develop, and maintain a suite of high-quality reports that enable leaders and teams to make confident, data-driven decisions.
You’ll work closely with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Procurement teams, translating business needs into automated, reliable reporting solutions that support performance tracking, compliance, and planning.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting & Analytics
* Design and build operational, statutory, and management reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse
* Create standardised reporting packs for academies, clusters, and federation-level insights
* Translate business requirements into structured, scalable reporting solutions
* Support reporting across integrated platforms including Oracle Fusion, EPM, and BromCom
* Maintain a central reporting catalogue and data dictionary
Data Quality & Governance
* Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust
* Support data integrity checks and contribute to a single source of truth
* Ensure reporting aligns with data protection, audit, and safeguarding standards
* Implement version control, documentation, and change management processes
User Enablement & Support
* Provide technical guidance to users on running and interpreting reports
* Deliver training sessions and create “how-to” materials
* Support the development of self-service reporting and data literacy
Continuous Improvement
* Automate and streamline recurring reporting tasks
* Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new integrations
* Help transition reporting into BAU with clear ownership and documentation
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion data structures (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Procurement)
* Advanced SQL and strong analytical skills
* Experience building management and statutory reports
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex data to non-technical users
Desirable
* Oracle Fusion reporting certification
* Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
* Knowledge of data integration between Fusion, EPM, and BromCom
* Understanding of data governance, audit, and compliance
* Experience working in ERP or finance transformation environments
