The Role
You’ll be joining a close-knit commercial team and taking the lead on customer relationships—balancing account management with new business development.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and growing existing customer accounts
* Building relationships with buyers, procurement teams, and commercial contacts
* Identifying new routes to market and developing new customer opportunities
* Shaping and delivering commercial proposals
* Working closely with colleagues across UK and European sites
* Representing the company at trade shows and industry events
Who You Are
* Experienced in sales within FMCG, food, drink, or related sectors
* Confident managing relationships across retail, foodservice, wholesale, or manufacturing
* A self-starter with a strong commercial mindset
* Organised and adaptable, with experience managing multiple accounts
* Great communicator and natural relationship-builder
