Responsibilities
* Project manage trade shows, events, and sponsorships to support MSA’s business goals and marketing strategy.
o Coordinating planning meetings and developing timelines.
o Managing show/event vendor relationships with event organizers, hotels, convention centers, stand builders, and organizations.
o Managing shipping and set‑up of booth properties and products.
o Managing corporate booth properties and products used for tradeshows.
o Selecting and coordinating efforts with vendors.
o Managing Lead Retrieval System.
o Coordinating show registration for all MSA attendees.
o Booking hotel accommodations for MSA guests and attendees.
o Researching, selecting, and overseeing production of promotional items (e.g., staff shirts, giveaways).
o Managing schedule, staffing, and fielding questions.
o Communicating plans, updates, and progress to booth team and show attendees.
o Managing budget, including pre‑ and post‑show reports.
o Developing pre‑event training agendas for event workers and creating training content cross‑functionally.
* Attend events as required to support event set‑up, execution, and wrap‑up, acting as the main point of contact for all other MSA attendees.
* Assist with facility tours as required for key customer accounts or visits.
* Work with Senior Regional MarCom Manager and Events Lead on final EMEA events calendar.
* Support coordination of final event including promotional activities to ensure completion correctly and on time.
Coordinates MSA’s Branded Apparel and Promotional Items as needed by all departments
* Vendor Management: work closely with suppliers to coordinate business needs, request quotes, review pricing, and ensure quality standards are met; manage order timelines and shipping logistics.
* Brand Consistency: ensure merchandise follows brand guidelines, review and approve product mock-ups and samples.
* Inventory Management: track stock levels of existing items, reorder when supplies are low, and coordinate fulfillment logistics.
* Budgets: provide reports and feedback on usage and inventory depletion.
* For large or custom apparel or promotional item orders, work with vendor partners on behalf of all MSA departments on proposals, product selections, design, and delivery.
Qualifications
Experience required
* 3+ years of experience in marketing events, demonstrating strong project management and organizational skills across trade shows, virtual events, or event management experience in Europe.
* Excellent organization and multi‑tasking skills.
* Extremely deadline and detail‑oriented, able to track, handle, and maintain multiple projects at once.
* A self‑starter who takes charge and operates in a hands‑on manner.
* Ability to work within a fast‑paced team environment.
Experience Preferred
* Ability to work with diverse personalities, backgrounds, and experience levels.
* Experience in marketing communications.
* Solid personal computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Marketo.
Education (required)
* Undergraduate BA/BS Degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or equivalent experience.
