Salary: £130,000 - 136,500 per year Requirements: 10-12 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Expertise in Oracle Fusion Time and Absence module implementations Fast Formula development and debugging Experience with HCM Extracts Knowledge of BI Publisher reporting Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs Basic SQL knowledge Familiarity with Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL) Responsibilities: Lead and support Oracle Fusion Time and Absence module implementations Gather and analyze business requirements related to time entry and approvals, absence plans, accruals, and carryover rules, overtime, shifts, and work schedules Configure Time and Absence features including time card layouts and rules, absence types and plans, accrual and eligibility formulas, and approval workflows Conduct functional testing, provide UAT support, and manage production deployments Provide functional guidance to business users and HR stakeholders Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and test scripts Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Time and Absence, accruals, and eligibility Support and design integrations using HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, and BI Publisher reports Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to time calculations, accrual errors, and integrations Collaborate with technical teams on extensions, security roles, and data migration Support inbound and outbound integrations with payroll, third-party time systems, and absence vendors Collaborate with business teams to provide functional requirements documentation, configuration, and testing support Prepare support documentation such as SOPs, issue RCA, and functional design documents Technologies: Support Oracle REST SOAP SQL Security More: We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Time and Absence Techno-Functional Consultant to support our Oracle Fusion related applications and delivery for one of the UKs large airline customers.
