Conveyancing Legal Secretary – Leamington Spa
Our client, a Legal 500 recognised and LEXCEL accredited law firm, is seeking a Legal Secretary to support its busy Property Department in Leamington Spa.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide audio typing and document production from dictation
* Scan, allocate and manage incoming post electronically
* Maintain and update client files and case management system
* Support the conveyancing process through to post-completion and archiving
* Handle telephone and in-person enquiries from clients and estate agents
* Provide quotes for conveyancing services when required
* Perform general administrative tasks
* Attend departmental and firm-wide meetings
Key Skills & Experience:
* Previous administrative or secretarial experience in a law firm
* Strong typing skills with experience in audio dictation
* Knowledge of residential conveyancing (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with case management systems preferred
* Flexible, reliable and a team player
* Willingness to work at other office locations if required
