THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of day-to-day financial operations, ensuring all transactional processes run smoothly and accurately. This role is a perfect step-up for someone ready to manage:
* Transactional Excellence: Manage all activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and expenses.
* Month-End Mastery: Take responsibility for the integrity and timely delivery of month-end processes and management accounts.
* Data Integrity: Reconcile Management Information data between bank accounts and internal systems.
* Insurance Operations: Manage monthly insurance bordereaux processes and ensure accurate calculations for providers and insurers.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for finance queries, liaising with suppliers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* Experience: 2–4 years of previous experience in a finance or accounts role.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency using Xero (or equivalent) and strong Excel skills.
* Analytical Mindset: Strong numerical skills with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* Communication: Confidence in communicating with a range of stakeholders.
* Bonus Points: Experience within the Insurance industry or handling payroll.
