R G Carter is looking for a Business Administrator to provide administration support within our Drayton office. This is a full‑time onsite office position. The ideal candidate is to have a strong work ethic with a positive “can do” attitude and good organisational skills and the ability to work within a team and independently once fully trained.

* Dealing with email enquiries in a prompt & efficient manner
* Answer incoming calls
* Electronic filing and scanning
* Raising purchase orders
* Admin support for our pre‑construction teams
* Collating and organising documents
* Drawing management
* Meeting and Greeting Visitors
Key Skills & Knowledge
* Good communication skills
* Reasonable computer skills on Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to manage large volume of emails.
* Attention to detail
* Good organisation skills
* Know how to prioritise workload
* Full training will be given
You will work toward completion of a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship at Norwich City College the duration of this is 18 months.
Entry requirements
* GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or Level 2 Functional Skills English and Maths.
Your continued employment will be dependent upon successful and timely completion of the apprenticeship.
