Maintenance Shift Engineer
We are currently looking to recruit an Maintenance Shift Engineer for this luxury 5 star hotel in Berkshire. As the shift Engineer you will manage repairs, either in person or through subcontractors, respond to daily engineering issues and perform proactive routine maintenance and equipment inspection, being fully aware of Health & Safety legislation.
As Maintenance Shift Engineer you will receive:
Basic salary of £32,500
estate service charge which is approx £4,000

The Person
The Successful Maintenance Shift Engineer will have:
Previous experience within a hotel environment
ONC /HNC or City & Guilds Building Services qualifications
Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering qualifications
Experience within Building services & controls
Knowledge of BMS controls, heating & air conditioning equipment and the general functioning of equipment such as plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical and TV controls
Knowledge of Health & Safety and Risk assessments
Customer service orientated
Willingness to think outside of the box and solve problems
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
