We’re recruiting a Project Planner on behalf of an established UK-based engineering construction group, operating across complex and critical infrastructure environments. The Role – Project Planner As the Project Planner, you’ll play a key part in supporting project teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accurate programme updates. Key Responsibilities Maintain project trackers, schedules, and documentation. Prepare weekly updates including labour lookaheads and meeting notes. Support planning activities such as booking training, checking competency records, and gathering information from project teams. Assist with client‑facing reports, change request documentation, and issue logs. Coordinate purchase order tracking, project setup documents, and internal communications. About You – Project Planner This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating people, information, and schedules to keep projects running smoothly. As Project Planner, you will have: Ideally experience in a Project Administrator, Programme Coordinator, or Project Support role. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Clear communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
