We're working with a well-regarded firm in Derbyshire seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join their team immediately for a 3-month assignment .
Key Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
Location: Derbyshire (Hybrid working available)
Hours: Full-time preferred, part-time considered
Rate: Competitive hourly rate (DOE)
The Role: You'll handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:
Leases (granting, renewal, assignment)
Sales and purchases of commercial premises
Landlord and tenant matters
Development and investment transactions
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid commercial property experience
Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
Strong communication and client care skills
Availability to start at short notice
