Due to increasing workload, RPS is seeking to recruit Civil Engineers, Senior Civil Engineers, and Principal Engineers with experience in designing major civil engineering schemes, including water infrastructure, drainage, and flood alleviation projects. Positions are based in our Belfast, Glasgow, or Edinburgh offices.

About The Team
Our engineers and scientists play a key role in developing national strategies, feasibility studies, and designing water drainage and flood risk management solutions. We utilize the latest technology and innovative techniques to connect clients with the information and actions needed for an uncertain future.
Experience
* Proven experience in Civil Engineering Projects, especially in Water Infrastructure and Drainage.
* Interest or experience in river and coastal engineering schemes, civil engineering, drainage, and natural flood management.
* Ability to manage projects through all stages: outline and detailed design, construction, and handover.
* Experience working with diverse UK and Ireland clients is preferred.
* Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civils 3D, MX Design is advantageous.
* Experience with Project Management software (MS Project) is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and professionals.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a good work ethic, with a team-oriented approach.
Qualifications
* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (MEng/BEng or similar).
* Chartered Member or near Chartered for senior roles.
