Finance Admin Assistant

A growing tech-for-good, employee-owned business is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Admin Assistant to support the Finance team with accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) ledgers
* Handle PayPal transactions, process bank transactions, and perform bank reconciliations
* Process supplier payments and ensure debtor management procedures are followed
* Prepare and submit non-union VAT MOSS reports
* Collect and enter data for financial spreadsheets and support month-end accounting procedures
* Monitor and action the Finance Department's generic inbox
Candidate Profile
* Familiarity with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
* Proficient in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel
* Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
* Discretion with confidential information
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
