Key Responsibilities
* Managing the admissions process for new pupils, including EHCP consultations
* Liaising with parents, carers, and the Local Authority
* Coordinating visits, transition meetings, and induction arrangements
* Maintaining accurate pupil records using the school’s MIS system
* Supporting statutory processes and ensuring compliance with SEND procedures
* Working closely with the SENCO and senior leadership team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Previous experience in school admissions or administrative roles
* An understanding of SEND provision and EHCP processes
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience using school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom)
* A calm, professional, and empathetic approach
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
