The Role
As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will:
1. Partner with senior stakeholders to align people strategy with business objectives and deliver key People change related frameworks and projects
2. Lead workforce planning to ensure capability, capacity, and future skills readiness
3. Drive talent development initiatives including succession planning and leadership capability
4. Champion employee engagement, culture, and organisational effectiveness
5. Design and deliver change and transformation programmes
6. Use data, insights, and analytics to inform strategic workforce decisions
