Now, we’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Assistant Senior Driver to join our London team and help keep the wheels turning.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the face of Berkmann on the road — delivering premium wines to top-tier venues across London while maintaining the high standards we’re known for. As Assistant Senior Driver, you’ll also step into senior responsibilities when needed, supporting the wider delivery team.
Your day-to-day will include:
1. Completing multi-drop deliveries across Greater London
2. Providing exceptional customer service
3. Handling and lifting wine cases (average 15kg)
4. Ensuring all paperwork and checks are completed accurately and efficiently
5. Assisting with driver performance management
6. Supporting and liaising with operational management
What We’re Looking For:
7. Strong knowledge of London roads and traffic patterns
8. Solution driven
9. Ability to resolve conflicts
10. Proven multi-drop delivery experience
11. Excellent timekeeping and communication skills
12. The ability to think quickly, act decisively, and deliver with accuracy
13. Understanding of Health & Safety in delivery operations
14. A full, valid UK driver’s license (max 6 points)
15. 7.5T or Class 2 license
16. Physically fit and able to handle 15kg cases
17. Driver management experience desirable
