The role and what youll be getting up to on a day to day basis: Littlefish is seeking a Service Transition Manager to come and join our growing Service Management team. As the Service Transition Manager, you will report into the Service Transition Management Lead. Your main duties will include project managing the transition of services into support for one of our large customers. Ensuring that there is minimal impact to live services and the associated support processes. You will also manage the change of IT support provider for new customers into Littlefish operations teams. Working with the customer and incumbent IT supplier to seamlessly transition services to Littlefish. You will deliver against project milestones and outcomes, customer commitments and satisfaction measures. What are we looking for in the successful candidate? PRINCE2 Practitioner ITIL Foundation Certificate (V3 or V4) Previous experience of working in a Service Transition or Senior Service Introduction Manager role Working on client facing projects Working with matrix team management Experience in using Microsoft Project and Excel What can we offer you?
