Head of Marketing – Fintech

We’re hiring on behalf of a high growth fintech business building innovative digital investment solutions. This is a confidential search for a Head of Marketing to lead brand, growth, and customer engagement across all channels.
The Role
* Own the full marketing strategy – brand, digital, content, performance
* Build and lead a small, high-impact marketing team
* Develop campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
* Collaborate with senior leadership on go-to-market and growth strategy
* Manage marketing spend and performance metrics
What You’ll Bring
* 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in fintech or payments
* Proven track record growing a brand and user base from early stages
* Strong across digital, brand, content, and analytics
* Comfortable operating strategically and hands-on
* Fintech or regulated market experience a bonus
