An Exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Chef de Partie to work for the summer season, at a hotel located on the beautiful island of Jersey. In this Seasonal Chef de Partie position you will be working with a team of 4 chefs cooking fresh food dishes utilising local produce. The restaurant is very busy during the summer tourist season and you will work 42 hours over 6 days. Accommodation is available which is a single room with ensuite at a cost of £725 per calendar month. This position is available with immediate start and finishes on 6th October 2026.
Requirements:
An experienced Chef with a stable background and experience of working in similar high volume fresh food kitchens is essential. You must be flexible, a good all rounder who can work on all sections of the kitchen.
