Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager for an on-site, contract position based in Birmingham. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning and execution of projects and community programs, ensuring they align with the company’s artistic vision and organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing budgets, timelines, and resources, liaising with artists and stakeholders, and evaluating project outcomes. The role also involves maintaining day-to-day operational efficiency, assisting in talent development initiatives, and contributing to the smooth delivery of performances and workshops.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in project management, organizational planning, and coordination of events or programs
* Strong administrative and budgeting skills to manage resources effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
* Experience in working within arts, culture, or nonprofit sectors is highly advantageous
* Familiarity with South Asian classical art forms or a passion for the performing arts is a plus
* Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to dynamic, creative environments
* Degree in Arts Management, Project Management, or a relevant field is preferred
