This is an exciting and varied role where you will be hands-on, using your engineering knowledge to ensure the effective maintenance of the site machinery whilst reacting to breakdowns and managing a team.
This role would suit a Maintenance Supervisor with a Mechanical bias looking for an exciting role where you will continue to be a hands on engineer in a fast-paced manufacturing environment whilst managing a small team.
The Role:
* Hands-on management of the maintenance team (10 Engineers)
* Overseeing the smooth running of the maintenance department
* Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
* 50,000 - 60,000 + Annual Bonus + Overtime + 8% Pension + 36 Days' Holiday + Company Benefits + Relocation Support and/or Sponsorship Available
