The Role of the Territory Manager
Selling a range of vascular products – stents, coils, wires, catheters – to Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgery, Consultants, Nurses and a small amount to Urology. The successful candidate will maintain a business plan to maximize sales, profit margins and product targets for the assigned territory and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product range, technical specifications, pricing, benefits, clinical applications and sales strategies. Responsibilities include:
 * Education of all customers (and team members) on product features, benefits, handling and new technologies.
 * Scanning and reporting on competitor activity in the territory.
 * Promoting and supporting nurse study days, exhibitions and workshops.
 * Continuously developing product knowledge and skills through self‑development and company‑sponsored training.
 * Maintaining a professional appearance and appropriate attire for the workplace.
 * Communicating regularly with the National Sales Manager and attending planned conference calls and monthly sales meetings.
 * Managing the South West & South Wales area.

The Ideal Person for the Territory Manager
 * 2 years proven medical devices sales experience.
 * Open to new entrants willing to prove the right attitude and willingness to learn.
 * Proficient in MS Office Suite and the internet.
 * Full driving licence.
 * Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and strategically develop business opportunities.
 * Growth mindset, self‑motivation and a strong hunger for success.
 * Personable and focused on patient & customer needs.
