Eventus Legal are seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing Yorkshire law firm, in their Horsforth office. This is a permanent position, and the successful applicant will be rewarded with generous salary (depending on experience), hybrid working, 26 days holiday (rising to 31 with service), group healthcare scheme and a companywide bonus.
Role responsibilities
The incoming Residential Conveyancer will run a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, typically the more complex transactions, but they will be both freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, newbuild, transfer of equity and all associated matters. There is secretarial support.
Person specification
* Qualified Residential Conveyancer: solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer.
* Minimum 3 years PQE across all aspects of conveyancing.
Working hours are 9am-5pm with an hour for lunch. The current postholder works part‑time (9am-2:45pm) but either part‑time or full‑time will be considered for the right applicant.
