Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the MASH Team for Southwark Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing a fast-paced MASH team, ensuring effective safeguarding responses for children and families.
* Overseeing the screening, triaging, and decision-making of incoming referrals.
* Working collaboratively within a multi-agency environment, ensuring strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Providing supervision, guidance, and support to Social Workers and other team members.
* Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, safeguarding procedures, and local authority policies.
* Monitoring team performance and driving service improvements to achieve key targets.
Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working
Pay Rate:
* £45.20 p/h Umb
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care
* Previous experience within MASH or front-door services
* Management or supervisory experience within a social care setting
* Social Work England Registration
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and multi-agency working
